Black History Month

Posted in uncategorized with tags , , , , , on February 10, 2021 by andelino

As you are well aware, we are very near the “Utopian World of Next Tuesday.” And since we have our “First Female Black Vice President” the Democratic Party is in full swing celebrating “Black History Month.”

According to high ranking Party Members who were busy “fortifying” Democracy by “rigging” the November 2020 Election, somehow forgot to “secure” the “Super Bowl LV” from the domestic terrorist, Tom Brady.

Tom “The White Supremacist” Brady had the audacity, the unmitigated gall, to win the Super Bowl… again….for the 7th time… by staging his violent “insurrection” during Black History Month.

Since “Critical Racist Race Theory” is now Federal Policy, the Party has issued the following “Anti-Racist”  measures by Executive Order to be signed into “Decreed Law” once doddering “Fraud-In-Chief” Joe Biden manages to get over his “writer’s cramps” and find the document under the pile of other “Executive Orders” awaiting his signature.

1) Tom Brady shall be “impeached and removed” from the National Football League annals as “Americas Greatest Quarterback.”

2) Any “White Person” found breathing during the “Holy Month of Black History” shall immediately be placed under the care of the “Truth and Reconciliation Commission” and provided one-way passage to the nearest “Re-Education Camp” for “Kinetic Enlightenment” and transitioned to the Democrat proxy voting list.

All Democratic Party members must be present in the chamber to partake in the vote to “expel”  this domestic “racist” terrorist.

Grand “Imperial Speaker” of the Peoples’ House, where ordinary people are not allowed in, Nancy Pelosi has prohibited the use of “free speech” and anyone who breaks her “gender rules,” the Speaker is prepared to kick his or her ass.

NFL Discipline Power

NFL Furer Roger Goodell 03

“NFL Players Association” (NFLPA) Executive Director DeMaurice Smith said, after more than a year of “fighting and litigation” over how the NFL “investigates” and metes out “punishment” to its players, league officials and the union are “moving” closer to a deal that would involve Führer Roger Goodell giving up power over “off-the-field player discipline.”

No “deal” has been reached, significant “obstacles” remain, and any “potential” deal will not happen soon, people “involved” with the matter said.

However, Smith said he remains “optimistic” about an agreement.

“We’ve been talking about changes to the personal conduct policy since October and have traded proposals,” said Smith, as he “traveled” to the Players Association’s annual meetings in Hawaii. “We looked at the league’s proposal for neutral arbitration. There is a common ground for us to get something done.”

In a statement, NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said, “This is an important area that deserves to be addressed thoughtfully and with full consideration for everyone’s interests—players, clubs and fans. We are addressing the subject in a serious way and will continue to discuss this directly with the union and not in the media.”

One concept that has been discussed is having three “neutral” arbitrators serving as “hearing” officers, according to people familiar with the matter. The arbitrators would be “lawyers or former judges” and would have some “background” in football. It isn’t yet clear how the “arbitrators” would be selected. On some “multi-arbitrator” panels, each side chooses “one” arbitrator and then those “two” arbitrators together “select” a third.

Under the “current” system, which was part of the most recent “collective bargaining” agreement, Goodell serves as “both” judge and jury.

However, three “times” in the past year and a half, Goodell’s “decisions” in the high profile cases of “Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson, and Tom Brady have been overturned in “court” or by a retired “judge” who served as an “arbitrator.” In the Brady and Peterson cases, the NFL “appealed” to the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Second and Eighth circuits, respectively.

Smith said if the NFL asks for an “extension” to the current collective bargaining agreement in “exchange” for changes in the discipline procedure, players would not “likely” agree. The current agreement “runs” through the 2020 season. Given the “financial” health of the league and the rising “values” of franchises, players will presumably ask for a greater “share of revenues” during the next round of bargaining.

Also, Smith said, any agreement would have to “settle” the ongoing appeals. “It’s a player decision with what they want to do, but I can’t imagine there is any appetite to agree with any proposal that doesn’t wrap up all the litigation,” Smith said. “We can either continue to litigate or reach a collectively bargained conclusion.”

The “Players Union” and the “Owners” finally have had “enough” of Führer Goodell making an absolute “mockery” of the NFL.

People are “sick” of Goodell handing out punishment with “no rhyme or reason.” One high profile “blunder” after another. One “lie” after another.

The “Saints, Richie Incognito, Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson, Greg Hardy and of course Tom Brady.”

NFL Furer Roger Goodell 06

But to be honest I’ll “believe” it when I see it. Roger Goodell doesn’t strike me as the type of guy to “acquiesce or willingly” give his power to other people. He is a “dictator.”

He is “Hitler with a mustache.” He needs complete “control” of every aspect of the NFL to feed his giant “insatiable” ego. But if it does “happen” every football player and fan will “claim” victory.

If this “tweet” below was ever correct it would be the “greatest” day of my life.

Brady Exonerated 01

Finally the long national NFL “nightmare” is over. The courts have “ruled.” Roger Goodell has been forced to “bow” to the king and “beg” for forgiveness.

Make no “mistake” about it. This is a “complete” capitulation. This ruling has “vindicated” everything said from Day One about “Deflategate.”

That it was a “farce, a joke, a sham.”

It was the “creation” of jealous vindictive men who have spent the “better part” of two decades getting their brains “beat in” by Brady and Belichick and “decided” to hatch the most diabolical “scheme” in the history of human civilization.

And if weren’t for the “courageous” men of New England who “refused” to retreat, to “surrender” or to “blink” they may have gotten “away” with it.

But not on America’s “watch.”

New Englanders don’t let “themselves” get pushed around by “tyrants and dictators.” They fight. Great Britain “learned” it the hard way and now “so has” Roger Goodell.

goodelllll1

Sometimes “winning” isn’t enough. Sometimes being proven “innocent” isn’t enough. Sometimes watching your enemy “grovel” for forgiveness isn’t enough.

This is one of those times. We can “forgive” but never “forget.” Not after watching the names of “innocent” men be dragged through the “mud” for the past 6 months.

Not after the NFL league “ran” the biggest “witch” hunt since the “Salem” witch trials.

Brady Exonerated 02

A simple “apology” isn’t enough now. Roger Goodell must be “fired” and then figuratively “stoned to death” in the middle of “Faneuil” Hall.

The world must “see” that you can’t just make up “blatant” lies and get away with it. It’s not “just” for New England but for “all” of America.

Let’s “celebrate” and watch Gisele “dancing”

Maybe now “Führer” Roger Goodell and the NFL “owners” will finally get it that they’re not “running” a dictatorship.

Fuerer Goddell 01

In “tossing” out Tom Brady’s four-game suspension, the federal judge “essentially” told Goodell and the NFL that their “discipline” process stinks.

That there has to be some element of “fairness” no matter who’s in charge, and that they can’t change the “rules” to suit their purposes.

It’s not a hard “concept,” but it sure has “seemed” to be for the NFL.

Every other major sports league has “neutral” arbitration for “disciplinary” issues.

It doesn’t matter if the “commissioner” makes the final say, there’s a “collaborative” process that makes everyone “involved” feel as if they’ve gotten a “fair shake.”

Brady Exonerated 03

That’s was not the case in the NFL, where Goodell is the “judge, jury and executioner.” It’s a system that’s inherently “flawed.”

Instead of actual “justice,” or even “punishments” that have some meaning, it leads to court “wranglings” where the “actual” issue becomes an “afterthought.”

Goddell Crying

Roger Goodell crying.

Roger Goodell is running “scared” and has decided to not show up to NFL “Opening Night” claiming the focus should be on the “game/festivities.”

This is the “first” one he’s ever missed in his entire “tenure” as commissioner until he lost his “sham” case to the NFLPA?

Goodell is the “bully” on the playground who “pushes” everyone around. Then when someone stands up and “punches” him in the nose, he “runs” to the teacher and spends the rest of recess “crying” and sucking his thumb.

Show up, Roger. Let the “boos” be so obscene that they make a “Gary Bettman Cup” presentation sound like a standing “ovation” rain down on you. Bask in it.

Goodell 01

Simply “incredible” that he’s denying the fans a “moment of glory” just because he’s too “stupid” to carry out a legal “investigation and arbitration.”

Please come, Roger. We’ll “string” ya up right “next” to the banner that says “2014 Super Bowl Champions.”

Trump Congratulates “Total Winner” Tom Brady

Fürer Roger Goodell

Fuerer Goddell 01

From Tom Brady’s Facebook Page

I am very disappointed by the NFL’s decision to uphold the 4 game suspension against me. I did nothing wrong, and no one in the Patriots organization did either.

Despite submitting to hours of testimony over the past 6 months, it is disappointing that the Commissioner upheld my suspension based upon a standard that it was “probable” that I was “generally aware” of misconduct. The fact is that neither I, nor any equipment person, did anything of which we have been accused. He dismissed my hours of testimony and it is disappointing that he found it unreliable.

I also disagree with yesterdays narrative surrounding my cellphone. I replaced my broken Samsung phone with a new iPhone 6 AFTER my attorneys made it clear to the NFL that my actual phone device would not be subjected to investigation under ANY circumstances. As a member of a union, I was under no obligation to set a new precedent going forward, nor was I made aware at any time during Mr. Wells investigation, that failing to subject my cell phone to investigation would result in ANY discipline.

Most importantly, I have never written, texted, emailed to anybody at anytime, anything related to football air pressure before this issue was raised at the AFC Championship game in January. To suggest that I destroyed a phone to avoid giving the NFL information it requested is completely wrong.

To try and reconcile the record and fully cooperate with the investigation after I was disciplined in May, we turned over detailed pages of cell phone records and all of the emails that Mr. Wells requested. We even contacted the phone company to see if there was any possible way we could retrieve any/all of the actual text messages from my old phone. In short, we exhausted every possibility to give the NFL everything we could and offered to go thru the identity for every text and phone call during the relevant time.

Regardless, the NFL knows that Mr. Wells already had ALL relevant communications with Patriots personnel that either Mr. Wells saw or that I was questioned about in my appeal hearing. There is no “smoking gun” and this controversy is manufactured to distract from the fact they have zero evidence of wrongdoing.

I authorized the NFLPA to make a settlement offer to the NFL so that we could avoid going to court and put this inconsequential issue behind us as we move forward into this season. The discipline was upheld without any counter offer. I respect the Commissioners authority, but he also has to respect the CBA and my rights as a private citizen. I will not allow my unfair discipline to become a precedent for other NFL players without a fight.

Lastly, I am overwhelmed and humbled by the support of family, friends and our fans who have supported me since the false accusations were made after the AFC Championship game. I look forward to the opportunity to resume playing with my teammates and winning more games for the New England Patriots.

Fuerer Goddell 02

Forget the fact that Brady “offered” to give Goodell all the deleted phone records and communications. It’s irrelevant because Goodell “already” had them.

There is no smoking “gun” because there never was a “smoking” gun. If Brady “texted” with the equipment guys about “deflating” footballs then Goodell would have seen it because Goodell “had their phones.”

By the NFL’s logic they “suspended” Brady for not giving them the information they already had “access” to and showed nothing.

Bottom line, this is just a “smear” campaign by the NFL from Day 1. They were never able to find one “shred” of evidence that “proved” Tom Brady was guilty. Their stance was essentially “admit you did it or else we’ll punish you like you did it anyway.”

goodelllll1

Fürer Roger Goodell is “liar and a crook” and the fact that people suddenly think he’s telling the “truth” or being “honest” here after the way he’s handled “Ray Rice, Bounty Gate and Adrian Peterson” is surreal.

Goodell has a long and storied history of “deceit and corruption” and somehow people are giving him the “benefit of the doubt” even though he doesn’t have a “leg to stand on.”

This is simply about the rest of the country “hating” the Patriots so much that they are willing to turn a “blind” eye to the truth. That’s it. They can’t “beat” them on the field so they’ve “resorted” to this shenanigan.

Make America Great Again 04

Sad day for America indeed. I can’t “wait” for Donald Trump to “weigh” in here. You know he’s gonna go “all in on Goodell.”
