Are You Unemployed?

Unemployed 02

Are you “unemployed,” lacking a college “degree,” possessing no discernible “skills,” and suffering from no “work” experience?

Get a job at “Starbucks” or “McDonald’s.”

Or you can go to “work” for the Energy Department as a “diversity inclusion specialist” and earn up to $118,000 a year.

The Department of Energy (DOE) will pay a “Diversity and Inclusion Specialist” up to $118,000 a year, according to a “new” job opening with the “federal” government.

The “full-time” position will pay a “minimum” of $90,000 a year to a person who will come up with “effective inclusive practices and policies” for the agency.

“The Diversity and Inclusion Specialist position is located in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI), Office of Economic Impact and Diversity, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE),” the job posting stated.

“The office is responsible for providing leadership, direction, coordination, evaluation and support for managing a diverse workforce and establishing effective inclusive practices and policies at DOE.”

To apply, one must be a diversity and inclusion “expert.” The person hired will “provide” DOE managers with “guidance.”

“The Diversity and Inclusion Specialist serves as a subject matter expert and advisor to the Department of Energy (DOE) leadership on diversity management and inclusive practices, and assists with leading the integration of diversity and inclusion principles of into DOE’s workplace culture,” the posting said.

“Provides advice and guidance to supervisors and managers on best practices associated with leading employees from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and aligns inclusion initiatives with the organizational mission, goals, strategies and metrics, in accordance with Executive Order 13583, and guidance provided by the Office of Personnel Management.”

The position also requires developing a “DOE-wide action plan to accomplish diversity and inclusion outcomes” every year. The plans were mandated by the “executive order” signed by President Barack Obama in August 2011.

What a “fabulous” job opportunity!

Unemployed 05

All you have to do is sit around all day “dreaming” up new and clever ways to “include” disparate elements of the Democratic Party coalition.

Think of all the new “rights” and “privileges” you can create out of “thin” air. Bathrooms and break rooms for “transgenders, queers, unisex, and no-sex workers,” safe areas where no “Micro-aggression” can occur against “blacks or Hispanics,” mandatory “sensitivity” training; and on and on.

With great “benefits, liberal vacation, sick days, and leave policy,” not to mention a “pension” to die for, the “lucky” soul who is “hired” for this job will virtually be “set for life.”

But I have a sneaking “suspicion” that ordinary straight “white” males and females need not apply.

Unemployed 04

“White” males and females need not apply.

After all, DOE doesn’t want your “white privilege” getting in the way of “progress.”

30 Good Reasons to think why you are still unemployed.

National Day of Quarantine

National Day of Quarantine 01

President Barack Obama issued an “Executive Order” making November 4, 2014 a “National Day of Quarantine” for those Americans who are most at risk of “contracting” the Ebola virus.

“You cannot get Ebola through casual contact like sitting next to someone on a bus,” the President said in a press conference shortly after signing the Executive Order.

“However you can catch it while waiting in line to vote.”

The “Center for Disease Control and Prevention” (CDC) confirmed Obama’s statement saying “You cannot catch Ebola from sitting next to someone on a bus. But you can spread Ebola by riding on the bus.”

National Day of Quarantine 04

Secretary John (Ketchup) Kerry.

Secretary John (Ketchup) Kerry also confirmed it saying: “So I can’t catch it on a bus, but it can spread on a bus? I’m all for it, before I was against it!”

Disease Director Thomas Frieden has declared that Ebola is only “semi-transmittable” and therefore only official party-certified Doctors can actually impose quarantines on an as-needed-basis.

In the meantime, those who believe they are exhibiting “Ebola” symptoms, while not “contagious” until after the November 4th elections, are asked to “remain at home” because of the possibility they may “intimidate” women and minorities into not voting.

State hospitals are required to provide full “healthcare benefits” to any patients who report to them complaining of “Ebola,” which the Party knows will show the “Power of Collective Medicine” and the need to end the “bourgeois practice” of private hospitals.

National Day of Quarantine 05

The necessity of “ObolaCare” will shine out as this disease, largely spread through contact with Republicans, and will be “trounced” through centralized “medicine” under State leadership.

In the meantime, citizens are “encouraged” not to worry about the disease, or any of the “other diseases” which may or may not be “spreading” throughout America.

Party members “opting” to not vaccinate their children are still “encouraged” to fully participate in the “political process” and continue their “labors” with the spreading of “Socialism,” including attendance at “fundraising dinners” by President Obama.

Citizens are encouraged to keep healthy through “diet, frequent gym workouts and sexual activity” with one’s self or others.

The Executive Order “only” applies to registered Republicans who are currently “less likely” to be receiving government provided “healthcare” and are therefore more “susceptible” to catching Ebola.

The “quarantine” will go into effect at “midnight” on November 3rd and will last until the “polls” close on November 4th.

Republicans will be “allowed” to move freely throughout “society” so long as they do not come with “1000 feet” of a polling booth.

National Day of Quarantine 02

Many government agencies have been well “armed” over the past six years and will be “mobilized” on election day to “enforce” the quarantine.

National Day of Quarantine 06

The “Center for Gun Control” (CGC) has announced that the State will not impose any “travel restrictions” due to the Ebola outbreak until “after” the November 4 elections to ensure that all “workers and peasants” can have free access to ballots and polling places during this “critical” struggle for progress.

This won’t have much effect in Ohio, where “early” voting has already begun. In fact there were “objections and back-and-forth court decisions” about having “only a month” of early voting, because such a short time is considered “racism.”

Apparently, only persons of a “pallid color” can figure out how to “get to the polls” in less than a month.

National Day of Quarantine 00
At least President Obama understands the “white man’s burden” and is willing to make sure we all “carry our fair” share of it.

Ebola will not “stand in the way” of your vote. Turn out for the November 4 vote.

National Day of Quarantine 07

This is your “October Revolution!”

Before leaving for a “relaxing” round of golf, the President “concluded” his press conference by “reassuring” the American people that they will have a “safe” Election Day.

“Although we have had our disagreements, I more than anyone want Republicans to survive. Perhaps not as a political party, but as the taxpayers of our great nation.”

I’ve seen you twice in a short time
Only a week since we started
It seems to me for every time
I’m getting more open hearted
I was an impossible case
No one ever could reach me
But I think I can see in your face
There’s a lot you can teach me
So I wanna know what’s the name of the game?
Does it mean anything to you?
What’s the name of the game?
Can you feel it the way I do?
Tell me please ’cause I have to know
I’m a bashful child beginning to grow
And you make me talk and you make me feel
And you make me show what I’m trying to conceal
If I trust in you, would you let me down?
Would you laugh at me if I said I care for you?
Could you feel the same way too
I wanna know the name of the game
I have no friends, no one to see
And I am never invited
Now I am here talking to you
No wonder I get excited
Your smile and the sound of your voice
And the way you see through me
Got a feeling, you give me no choice
But it means a lot to me
So I wanna know what’s the name of the game?
(Your smile and the sound of your voice)
Does it mean anything to you?
(Got a feeling you give me no choice)
But it means a lot, what’s the name of the game?
(Your smile and the sound of your voice)
Can you feel it the way I do?
Tell me please ’cause I have to know
I’m a bashful child, beginning to grow
And you make me talk and you make me feel
And you make me show what I’m trying to conceal
If I trust in you would you let me down?
Would you laugh at me if I said I care for you?
Could you feel the same way too?
I wanna know, oh yes I wanna know
The name of the game
(I was an impossible case)
Does it mean anything to you?
(But I think I can see in your face that it means a lot)
What’s the name of the game?
(Your smile and the sound of your voice)
Can you feel it the way I do?
(Got a feeling you give me no choice)
But it means a lot, what’s the name of the game?
(I was an impossible case)
Does it mean anything to you?
(But I think I can see in your face that it means a lot)
What’s the name of the game?
(Your smile and the sound of your voice)
Can you feel it the way I do?

Ebola Gift

Don’t Panic!
You cannot catch Ebola riding the bus.
Don’t ride the bus if you have Ebola!
You can spread Ebola while riding the bus.

Let’s Go

Let's Go 03

In his first “Executive Order” of his second term, President Barack Hussein Obama “ordered” the church services he was attending to be “concluded” quickly, so that he could “return” to the White House to continue his struggle for the “implementation” of his socialist, progressive agenda.

Obama tweeted from Church: “Let’s Go” so that all American citizens could see his “enthusiasm”, both for showing religious “tolerance” by attending a service and his “desire” to return to his heroic struggle “against” imperialistic and decadent capitalism.

The Twitter directive, Let’s go. -bo”I’m honored and grateful that we have a chance to finish what we started. Our work begins today” was promptly “responded” to by the senior priest of St. John’s Episcopal Church, a “historical” facility under the authority of the Episcopal Church of the USA, one of the most “progressive” religious institution.

Let's Go 01

The tweet came from St. John’s, the church across Lafayette Park from the White House, where the first family went this morning on the “chilly and overcast” day of the impending public inauguration ceremonies.

Let's Go 02

The president and his family “arrived” at St. John’s at 8:35 am EST. The service “ended” at 9:39. BO “tweeted” at 9:25.

In roughly ten minutes, a “dismissal” was offered and the President, who brought his family to show his “care and concern” for the young, old and  oppressed people throughout the world, returned quickly to the White House.

American Citizens should be “comforted” to know that not even the highly-entertaining “nature” of Episcopalian worship was enough to “distract” our President from his “duties”, and that he was carefully “monitoring” the country via his Twitter feed.

He also advise all “twitter followers” to use their “party-authorized” Obama Phones during services to “continue” receiving further directives and agenda instructions, except when watching Collective Broadcasting Services programming.

Patriotic citizens monitor your Twitter’s for future “Executive Orders!” No religious services can stand in the way of progress!

Twitter messages actually thumbed by President Barack Obama @BarackObama are signed “BO.”

Naked Lawlessness

Posted in uncategorized with tags , , , , , on June 20, 2012 by andelino

By Charles Krauthammer,

“With respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations [of immigrants brought here illegally as children] through executive order, that’s just not the case, because there are laws on the books that Congress has passed.” — President Obama, March 28, 2011

Those laws remain on the books. They have not changed. Yet Obama last week suspended these very deportations — granting infinitely renewable “deferred action” with attendant work permits — thereby unilaterally rewriting the law. And doing precisely what he himself admits he is barred from doing.

Obama had tried to change the law. In late 2010, he asked Congress to pass the Dream Act, which offered a path to citizenship for hundreds of thousands of young illegal immigrants. Congress refused.

When subsequently pressed by Hispanic groups to simply implement the law by executive action, Obama explained that it would be illegal. “Now, I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the laws on my own. . . . But that’s not how our system works. That’s not how our democracy functions. That’s not how our Constitution is written.”

That was then. Now he’s gone and done it anyway. It’s obvious why. The election approaches and his margin is slipping. He needs a big Hispanic vote and this is the perfect pander. After all, who will call him on it? A supine press? Congressional Democrats? Nothing like an upcoming election to temper their Bush 43-era zeal for defending Congress’s exclusive Article I power to legislate.

With a single Homeland Security Department memo, the immigration laws no longer apply to 800,000 people. By what justification? “Prosecutorial discretion,” says Janet Napolitano.

This is utter nonsense. Prosecutorial discretion is the application on a case-by-case basis of considerations of extreme and extenuating circumstances. No one is going to deport, say, a 29-year-old illegal immigrant whose parents had just died in some ghastly accident and who is the sole support for a disabled younger sister and ailing granny. That’s what prosecutorial discretion is for. The Napolitano memo is nothing of the sort. It’s the unilateral creation of a new category of persons — a class of 800,000 — who, regardless of individual circumstance, are hereby exempt from current law so long as they meet certain biographic criteria.

This is not discretion. This is a fundamental rewriting of the law.

Imagine: A Republican president submits to Congress a bill abolishing the capital gains tax. Congress rejects it. The president then orders the IRS to stop collecting capital gains taxes and declares that anyone refusing to pay them will suffer no fine, no penalty, no sanction whatsoever. (Analogy first suggested by law professor John Yoo.)

It would be a scandal, a constitutional crisis, a cause for impeachment. Why? Because unlike, for example, war powers, this is not an area of perpetual executive-legislative territorial contention. Nor is cap gains, like the judicial status of unlawful enemy combatants, an area where the law is silent or ambiguous. Capital gains is straightforward tax law. Just as Obama’s bombshell amnesty-by-fiat is a subversion of straightforward immigration law.

It is shameful that congressional Democrats are applauding such a brazen end run. Of course it’s smart politics. It divides Republicans, rallies the Hispanic vote and preempts Marco Rubio’s attempt to hammer out an acceptable legislative compromise. Very clever. But, by Obama’s own admission, it is naked lawlessness.

As for policy, I sympathize with the obvious humanitarian motives of the Dream Act. But two important considerations are overlooked in concentrating exclusively on the Dream Act poster child, the straight-A valedictorian who rescues kittens from trees.

First, offering potential illegal immigrants the prospect that, if they can hide just long enough, their children will one day freely enjoy the bounties of American life creates a huge incentive for yet more illegal immigration.

Second, the case for compassion and fairness is hardly as clear-cut as advertised. What about those who languish for years in godforsaken countries awaiting legal admission to America? Their scrupulousness about the law could easily cost their children the American future that illegal immigrants will have secured for theirs.

But whatever our honest and honorable disagreements about the policy, what holds us together is a shared allegiance to our constitutional order. That’s the fundamental issue here. As Obama himself argued in rejecting the executive action he has now undertaken, “America is a nation of laws, which means I, as the president, am obligated to enforce the law. I don’t have a choice about that.”

Except, apparently, “when violating that solemn obligation serves his reelection needs.”
