Think & Vote Conservative

Posted in uncategorized with tags , , , , , on November 1, 2019 by andelino

I came across these three articles written by a fellow named Gary Russon, a real patriot who nails it. They were so right on and smacked of truth that I just had to pass it on here for all to read and ponder.

They All Despise Me (And Probably You As Well)

I’ve watched the Democratic presidential debates and I have read and listened to the candidate’s views and vision for me and America, and it is obvious that they despise everything about me.

Is despise too strong a word? By definition it means to look down with disrespect or aversion, to regard as worthless or distasteful. So no, it perfectly describes how these Leftists view me.

I am white, they despise me. I am male, they despise me. I am Christian, they despise me. I drive a truck, they despise me. I own a Glock and an AR-15 and a shotgun, they despise me. I believe in traditional values, they despise me. I believe in the value of traditional marriage, they despise. I believe in private property, they despise me. I believe in the Second Amendment, they despise me. I think America is exceptional, they despise me. I cherish and uphold the Constitution of the United States, they despise me. I think Thomas Jefferson and George Washington and James Madison were great men, they despise me. I think the Declaration of Independence is one of the greatest documents ever written, they despise me. I believe in free enterprise and free markets, they despise me. I abhor infanticide, they despise me. I abhor abortion, they despise me. I believe in American sovereignty, they despise me. I believe in legal and orderly and managed immigration, they despise me. I think Iran and Russia and China are grave threats, they despise me. And I voted for and will vote again for Trump, they despise me.

The Democratic presidential hopefuls and the Democratic Party has declared war on me, I didn’t declare it on them. I wisely acknowledge it because it would be foolish to ignore and fatal not to fight.

This is why people like John McCain, Mitt Romney, Ben Sasse, Jeff Flake, and other never-Trumper’s and RINO’s infuriate me. These fools are useful idiots to the enemy that wants to destroy and transform America and control every aspect of my life.

You see, that’s the crux. The Leftists not only despise me but they want to silence and manipulate me. If they only looked down on me and that was it, so be it. But it’s not; their disdain leads them to force and control.

The Democrats and Democratic Party  want to tell me what I can think, and what I can believe, and how I should worship, and how much money I can make, and how successful my business can be, and what I can eat, and what I can drive, and what Healthcare I can purchase, and on and on and on.

This is UN-American and the war they’ve declared and I intend to fight and engage and vote and defeat them in every way.  I presume millions and millions of other Americans feel the same way.

The Democratic Presidential Hopefuls are not Americans

I’ll say it, The Democratic Presidential hopefuls are not Americans. Oh yes, they are by citizenship but not in principle. America is more than geography and to be an American is more than just citizenship.

An American is someone who believes in the principles and ideals that established this nation. An American upholds the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. An American treasures liberty and freedom and unalienable rights and private property rights. An American believes in limited government and diffusion of power as outlined in the Constitution of the United States.  An American believes in Republicanism and the dignity of individualism.

The entire group of Democrats seeking the Presidency does not believe in American principles. Just listen to them and look at their record. They want to destroy this Republic as detailed in the Constitution of the United States. They proclaim openly that the Constitution is outdated and flawed and should be set aside. They seek centralized power in Washington to control and dictate every aspect of our lives.

What do you think the New Green Deal is all about? They want us to work for them and desire to distribute our resources according to their wishes. They see our private property and money as property of the State. They do not believe in unalienable rights of the individual or in States rights, for them the government is the creator and distributor of rights.

They wish to play god and rule over a god-state.  Their aim and goal, and inevitable end of their vision is totalitarianism.  Call them Marxist, socialist, fascist, statist, call them whatever; but what they are not is American.

Greetings From Your Saviors

Hello America, We are here for you and everything we say and do is not for us but for you. Please believe us.

The science is settled and the end of the world is coming in 10 to 11 years due to global warming. Yes, this has been said many times before, but this time it’s real.  We are here to save you and the planet and take care of you and meet your every need and make every person equal in all things and make fairness reign supreme throughout the land.  Trust us; we are the chosen ones with superior intellect and wisdom.

All you need to do and all we ask of you to save the planet and thus yourselves is to surrender to us and the government all your liberty and freedom and reject the Constitution and Declaration of Independence, and of course the Bill of Rights, because it is old and out of date stuff created by evil and disgusting white slaveholders.

We will nationalize the banks, healthcare, education, and energy.  In fact, we will nationalize everything and put all the means of production in our hands and the masterminds of government so you won’t need to worry about it. And by so doing you will be saved and you will live happily ever after in our arms and the arms of the all-knowing and all-powerful politicians who will be your masters and provide your every need.

You will not need to work or think or worship, we will take care of all of that for you.  You will have an abortion on demand; after all, too many people now live on earth. And only the government will have guns and ammo, but don’t worry, we are not like those other totalitarian regimes, that stuff is all in the past.  And we will eliminate gender and the traditional family and other outdated traditions.

We will also eliminate the use of evil fossil fuels. We do not need gas trucks, cars, airplanes or other gas-consuming things. And of course, we will mandate what food can be consumed. Again this is for your own good and the good of the planet.  For instance, methane is a national crisis, thus cows must be eliminated.

Of course, Iran and China and Russia will respect us and our de-industrialization and will not harm us or attack us.  By not having a military they will see our good deeds and leave us alone.

Again, we will do all of this on your behalf.  We are your servants and are only concerned with your future.  Utopia and a saved and perfect planet are before us if you will only submit.

With love and compassion,

Bernie, Joe, Kamala, Pete, Cory, Elizabeth, Beto, Andrew, Julian, Amy

This next election is “freedom vs. socialism.” Make sure you are on the “right side” of the future.

This quote “combines” sentences from different paragraphs that have been “slightly” paraphrased for “memetic” brevity.

The full essay is titled, “The Cashing-In: The Student Rebellion” and is part of her book, “Return of the primitive: the anti-industrial revolution.”

Highly recommended to “reading” the essay and, for that matter, the “entire” book, which remains as “relevant as ever, to anyone who wonders about the “root” causes of today’s campus “insanity.”

Since UC Berkeley is a place of “higher” learning and the birthplace of the 1960s “Freedom of Speech Movement,” what did we learn from this “riot?”

1) According to “mob” rule you cannot be “gay and conservative.”

2) Conservative speech is “not allowed” on the “most liberal tolerant” college campus in America.

3) “Sticks and stones can break your bones” but words can never hurt you “unless” you are a gay conservative trying to “speak on the most liberal tolerant college campus” in America billed as the birthplace of the “Freedom of Speech Movement,”

Conservative Economics

Conservative Economics 01

Paul Krugman, the “brilliant” economist says that “conservative economics” will turn the U.S. into another Greece!

It’s now clear, or should be clear, that the Greek program was doomed to failure without major debt relief; no matter how hard the Greeks tried, “austerity” would shrink GDP faster than it “reduced” debt relative to the baseline, so that the “debt” situation was bound to worsen even as the attempt to “balance” the budget imposed vast suffering.

And there was no good, or even non-terrible, answer given Greece’s membership in the Euro.

But there’s a broader lesson from Greece that is relevant to all of us — and it’s not the usual one about mending our free-spending ways lest we become Greece, Greece I tell you. What we learn, instead, is that “fiscal” austerity plus “hard” money is a deeply “toxic” mix.

The “fiscal” austerity depresses the economy, and pushes it toward “deflation;” if it’s accompanied by hard money (in Greece’s case the euro, but a fixed exchange rate, a gold standard, or any kind of obsessive fear of inflation would do the trick), the result is not just a “depression and deflation,” but quite likely a failure even to “reduce” the debt ratio.

Conservative Economics 04

For comparison, look at everyone’s favorite example of successful austerity, Canada in the 1990s. Canada came in with gross debt of roughly 100 percent of GDP, roughly comparable to Greece on the eve of the financial crisis. It then proceeded to do a pretty big fiscal adjustment — 6 percent of GDP according to the IMF’s measure of the structural balance, which is about a third of what Greece has done but comparable to other European debtors. But unemployment fell steadily. What was Canada’s secret?

The answer was, easy money and a large currency depreciation. These offset the drag from austerity, allowing growth to continue. So, how does this play into U.S. policy debates? Well, Republicans love to warn that America might turn into Greece any day now. But look at the policy mix that is now de facto GOP orthodoxy: sharp cuts in government spending (maybe offset by tax cuts for the rich, but these won’t provide much stimulus), combined with a monetary policy obsessed with fears of dollar “debasement.” That is, the conservative side of the US political spectrum, while holding up Greece as a cautionary tale, is actually demanding that we emulate the policy mix that turned Greek debt into a complete disaster.

Democrats have been preaching this for years! Greedy conservative will cause the “downfall” of this great country! As for Greece, they need help from the good American “socialists,” since they’re obviously doing it wrong. In a country where government revenue is less than expenditures, and has an inefficient tax collection system. It’s obvious they are not spending enough on “social welfare!”

Conservative Economics 03

Krugman economics reminds me of ancient “Babylonian” economics. Their empire was funded by the taxes that would devastate the economies of the outlying conquered communities. Not all of them at once. They had a system where, if I remember correctly, every five years a subject area would be taxed of just about everything they had.

To a “Babylonian” Paul Krugman “austerity” would mean that the government of Babylon no longer was able to squeeze any more “loot” out of the poor conquered territories and thus it’s loyal rent-seeking corrupt people that depended on the heartless plunder of conquered subject areas by the brutal army. To the poor conquered territories getting plundered into destitution “austerity” took on a very different meaning.

Greece and socialism are really just “ancient” plunder economics. There was probably a “Babylonian” Paul Krugman too. It’s the same “arrogant” mindset of empire. Only now the statists lessen the blow of “plunder” by inflating the currency so that it seems as if you still have your wealth – but it’s all been inflated away.

The real “austerity” that destroys economies is what happens to our bank accounts when central government tax and inflate our wealth away to feed their statist empires.

Krugman is famous for his scientific “predictions and practical” recommendations:

Conservative Economics 02
And who can forget the time Krugman called for an “invasion from outer space” to fix the economy! That financial “genius” is always thinking!

Krugman is correct. We cannot allow “evil” Conservatives to turn us into Greece when the “object” is to turn us into the former Soviet Union!

Liberal or Conservative

Liberal or Conservative 02
John Hibbing and his colleagues are “pioneering” research on the physiological underpinnings of political ideology through scientific machinery like eye tracker devices and skin conductance sensors.

At the center of the research are scholars working at the intersection of “psychology, biology, and politics.”

The leader in the field is John Hibbing, a political scientist at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln whose “Political Physiology Laboratory” has been producing some pretty stunning results.

“We know that liberals and conservatives are really deeply different on a variety of things,” Hibbing explains on the latest episode of the Inquiring Minds podcast.

“It runs from their tastes, to their cognitive patterns—‘how they think about things, what they pay attention to’—to their physical reactions. We can measure their sympathetic nervous systems, which is the “fight-or-flight” system. And liberals and conservatives tend to respond very differently.”

This is not fringe science.

One of  Hibbing’s pioneering papers on the “physiology of ideology” was published in none other than the top-tier journal “Science” in 2008. It found that “political” partisans on the left and the right differ significantly in their “bodily” responses to threatening stimuli.

For example, startle reflexes after hearing a loud noise were stronger in conservatives. And after being shown a variety of threatening images (“a very large spider on the face of a frightened person, a dazed individual with a bloody face, and an open wound with maggots in it,” according to the study), conservatives also exhibited greater skin conductance—a moistening of the sweat glands that indicates arousal of the sympathetic nervous system, which manages the body’s “fight-or-flight” response.

It all adds up, according to Hibbing, to what he calls a “negativity bias” on the right. Conservatives, Hibbing’s research suggests, go through the world more attentive to negative, threatening, and disgusting stimuli—“and then they adopt tough, defensive, and aversive ideologies to match that perceived reality.”

Liberal or Conservative 01

In a 2012 study, Hibbing and his colleagues showed as much through the use of “eye-tracking devices” like the one shown above. Liberals and conservatives were fitted with devices that tracked their gaze, and were shown a series of four-image collages containing pictures that were either “appetitive” (e.g., something happy or positive) or “aversive” (showing something threatening, scary, or disgusting).

The eye-tracking device allowed the researchers to “measure” where the research subjects first “fixed their gaze, how long it took them to do so, and then how long they tended to dwell on different images.”

The results of Hibbing’s study were clear. The conservatives tended to focus their eyes much more rapidly on the negative or aversive images, and also to dwell on them for a lot longer.

The authors therefore concluded that based on results like these, “those on the political right and those on the political left may simply experience the world differently.”

“Maybe you’ve had this experience, watching a political debate with somebody who disagrees with you,” says Hibbing. “And you discuss it afterwards. And it’s like, ‘Did we watch the same debate?’ And in some respects, you didn’t. And I think that’s what this research indicates.”

You might also enjoy these brief “excerpts” from Prof. Ryan’s paper “Are Conservatives Human?” on your way to “Next Tuesday.”

“Principles such as fairness enjoin torture and diminish prejudice. Liberals are able to support a national health care system… abstract cognition allows liberals to tolerate a threat to individual survival such as taxation because they can picture in their minds the way taxation indirectly helps them and us all” and again later in this masterwork this… “It is difficult to imagine how two such profoundly different Human forms could cooperate especially since only one of the parties sees selective advantage in such cooperation”.

I recall having seen a similar “research” on the Internet where they came up with more “pictorial” scientific brain maps.

Thankfully, this “profound” science is much closer to “answering” our most compelling question.

“Can the conservative brain be fixed by progressive liberal psychology?”

Stay tuned until “Next Tuesday.”
