Why Some Christians Avoid Politics

5 Reasons Why Christians Will Avoid Politics This November
by Shane Idleman

I wrote this article a few years ago but it’s never been more relevant.

In my opinion, failure to recognize diverse gifts may explain why many people are divided on the issue of “religion and politics.” For instance, John MacArthur, James Dobson, Franklin Graham, Tony Perkins, and others have different ministries, but all fall under the umbrella of Christian service.

God creates, within each of us, varying desires, talents, and levels of interests. If God has called a man to preach and teach His Word, that will be his passion. If God has called a Christian to pursue politics, that will be his or her passion, and so on.

Problems arise when we become “judgmental” and fail to respect our differences. Activists should not expect everyone to share their passion for politics, and those who believe Christians should stay out of politics must understand that God clearly calls some Christians to the political arena. God established the concept of government, why would He not desire godly leadership?

The top five comments I’ve heard that prevent involvement are:

  1. The Moral Majority (1980s) forever linked the church to the Republican Party.

We vote for principles, not a particular party. We need to be principle driven rather than party driven. “When one rules over people in righteousness, when he rules in the fear of God” (2 Samuel 23:3). We need more humble, God-fearing leaders. The Lord hates pride, arrogance, and self-centeredness. Without humility and a teachable spirit, it’s difficult, if not impossible, to govern properly. Humility does not mean that leaders become passive pawns, but that they live in total surrender to God; they’re more concerned with God’s opinion than opinion polls. It’s been said that the quality of our government depends more upon the character of our leaders than upon our laws. But be careful—many use “religious talk” and “twist the Scriptures” to support un-biblical initiatives. Judge what they “do” more than what they “say.”

  1. Christians are “always against something.”

They vilify just abortion and gay-marriage. Christians are not magnifying certain issues at the expense of others; we are underscoring the enormous importance of them. All issues cannot be equal. If everything is a priority then nothing is. Those who are bold and strongly contend for biblical truths are often seen as “always against something.” But if we’re for marriage between a “man and a woman”, then we must be against ”gay-marriage.” If we’re for the “sanctity of life”, then we must be against “abortion.” If we’re for “equality”, then we must be against the “slave/sex trade”, and so on. Speaking the truth in love often results in being “against” some controversial things. This can’t be prevented, nor should it be. We are called to make the truth popular but to make it clear. We must contend for foundational issues: “When the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3).

  1. Politics is bad, offensive, and divisive.

We cannot gauge what we say by whether or not it’s offensive. The laws of a nation establish the foundation. The government cannot remain neutral, or separate, from the foundation on which it rests. Granted, many governments, including our own, often fall short; that’s why we should strive to be on God’s side rather than always assuming that He is on ours. God ordained the institution of government, but He does not approve of every form of government.

We don’t have to abandon our ethics or compromise our principles to be involved in politics—what good is salt left in the shaker, or a light that is hidden? “Politics” is not a bad word. In simple terms, politics refers to governing or leading a group of people. Politics won’t save America, but in order to implement change, honor God, and help others, we must take action; hence the political process.

We cannot change a person’s heart by forcing a set of laws or rules upon them, but we can restrain evil and deter wrongdoing. To suggest that God does not want us to elect godly leaders and promote godly legislation runs contrary to His nature (Romans 13).

  1. The church and the state are to be separate.

The Courts have used the infamous “separation” phrase to ban religious activities, primarily those promoting Christian principles. Sadly, many believe that “separation of church and state” appears in the Constitution, when, in reality, the phrase does not appear anywhere in the Constitution. Be very clear on this point, especially if you are a student in a public school or university, or even a “Christian” university.

Thomas Jefferson, author of the Declaration of Independence, used the phrase in 1802 in a private letter written to the Baptist Association of Danbury, Connecticut. The Baptists feared that the government might someday try to regulate religious expression. Ironically, we are seeing this today. This is crucial in understanding the spirit in which the First Amendment was written.

In other words, the Colonists, like the Pilgrims, did not want the government imposing a national religion or denomination on the people—they wanted to worship freely. Mr. Jefferson wisely agreed with them, as did many of the other Founders. His statement was intended to protect religious expression by building a wall of separation between the church and the state; solidifying the fact that the federal government could not strike down religious freedoms. The government cannot establish a national religion, but it can openly and unapologetically acknowledge the sovereign hand of God. Acknowledgment is not establishment.

  1. The Gospel doesn’t allow for politics…it’s not our mission.

The No. 1 problem in America is not a political problem, but rather a spiritual problem called sin. The primary goal of the church is not to become a political movement, but a spiritual influence. Politics won’t save America anymore than a dumbbell will save someone drowning. Nevertheless, we cannot ignore our God-given civic responsibility and the enormous impact that politics has on our society. America’s leaders play a big role in shaping the direction of the Country.

God’s Word says to confront, confess, and turn from sin—political hot buttons cannot be avoided. Many argue, “We shouldn’t say or do anything political. All we need to do is preach the gospel.” Be careful here, although the gospel is our primary focus, this shouldn’t be an excuse against action. God has blessed and sustained America because of our spiritual foundation. Should we now neglect it?

Why would God ordain a government such as ours in America and not ask us to be involved? Although my primary calling is preaching, I thank God for Christians who are involved and who influence America’s political climate. I wish that there were more.

As the moral and cultural war rages between our shores, the need to be awakened from our spiritual slumber has never been greater. “Where the battle rages, there the loyalty of the soldier is tested” (Martin Luther). This battle is for the very soul of our nation. It’s our choice—stand or fall.

It started 4 years ago…. … %2Fpage-47

If there ever was a time to be “proactive” in the Political scene, that time is NOW! We have to stop believing separation of Church and State means we’re supposed to be SILENT on critical issues that will sustain this Nation or destroy it!!! The agenda of the LEFT IS DEATH TO THIS NATION!!!!

EBay Sharia Compliant

David Wood’s epic tutorial on how to make an “origami pig” was inspired by the recent “insults” of Mohammad Hijab!

Online shopping giant EBAY has now declared itself to be “Sharia-compliant” and halted the sale of cute little Japanese origami pigs made out of paper because they could be considered “offensive to Muslims” who don’t eat pork products.

But at any given time, thousands of items that are very “offensive” to Christians and Jews are being “sold” on EBay without restrictions.

Pigs once played an important “economic” role for Cairo’s Coptic Christians, and helped keep the capital clean. Now, after a controversial “culling,” they are making a return.

Christians and Virus Hoax

Pastors are belatedly coming to the conclusion that letting Caesar decide when and where they can worship was a bad idea from the beginning. The fact the vast majority of churches meekly shut down and surrendered, demonstrates how deeply secular culture has penetrated the pastorate.

These collaborationist forgot the one time Jesus lost his temper was when secular concerns were interfering with the worship of God inside the Temple. Pastors evidently confused “meek with weak” and that faulty thinking dominated their Flu Manchu decision making.

The rush to surrender to secular authorities and be good little church people was positively French in its intensity.

These so called “shepherds” surrendered a constitutional right to worship like it was an expired handicapped parking tag. Instead of outsourcing outreach to Facebook, pastors should have kept their churches open. Urging the frail elderly and those with underlying conditions to stay home and watch, while the healthy gathered together as Christians are instructed to do.

During the week, the staff could’ve visited elderly parishioners in person and prayed through the storm door. That would have been much more work than the “virus vacation” the clergy opted to take. More important, it would have been biblical.

Now a few pastors are beginning to understand that if Costco can remain open, so can church.

It took him until July, but in California Dr. John MacArthur, pastor of “Grace Community Church”, finally announced, “We will obey God rather than men. We’re going to be faithful to our Lord. We’re going to leave the results to him.”

At a later service, MacArthur welcomed members to the “Grace Community Church Peaceful Protest”…

“We stand firm to continue fulfilling our biblical mandate from Christ to proclaim the Gospel and assemble together, and I earnestly hope that our stance will encourage other pastors, churches, and the general public across America and the world to also stand firm for biblical Truth, Church is essential,” MacArthur said in a statement.

The big problem with that announcement is timing. MacArthur was six months late. Prominent pastors and denominations should have met in March and announced that Christians would continue to worship, as is their right guaranteed by the Constitution, and each church would make “Kung Flu” mitigation efforts on its own.

The “Flustapo” specializes in making life miserable for individuals and the disorganized. You didn’t notice health officials requiring masks on mostly peaceful looters. A massive pushback from believers would have saved Churches and established that Christians will suffer no infringement on their duty to God.

Also in California, Pastor Rob McCoy of “Godspeak Calvary Chapel” didn’t surrender, but he mistakenly thought a little “going” along would mean “getting” along.

When BLM riots were deemed essential and church wasn’t, that was enough. McCoy told Just The News, “Who would ever have thought you’re standing on the front lines because you’re going to church on a Sunday?”

McCoy defied a temporary restraining order from the local Caesar forbidding indoor worship. “I’m not being disobedient to anybody, I’m being obedient to God. No government gets in the way of worshipping the one who created us. We’re living on His dirt, breathing His air, drinking His water, eating His food, we’re going to live by His rules.”

McCoy isn’t alone on the front line. A vindictive county government is seeing to that. A lawsuit against the church also includes 1,000 criminals to be named later who will also be charged with McCoy and fined up to $1,000/day.

My favorite response to “Flustapo” minions took place in little Holly Springs, MS. Cops who worshiped Mammon and not God broke up a Sunday Service at the First Pentecostal Church. Pastor Jerry Waldrop then took his 45 members to the local Wal-Mart, which has never been closed, and held services there.

Franklin Graham also decided to enter the belly of the “lockdown” beast. He announced he will lead the 2020 Prayer March in Washington, DC on September 26th.

Graham and his supporters are hoping thousands of believers will show up and march from the Lincoln Memorial to the steps of the Capitol, stopping along the way for prayer for our nation.

Mayor Muriel Caesar isn’t going to like that. As this is written, travelers to DC from 29 states are ordered to self–quarantine for two weeks after they arrive. “Mass gatherings” of more than 50 people are forbidden. Face Burkas are required indoors and out.

A camel will pass through the eye of a needle before DC will issue a parade permit for Graham’s march.

It’s time for a showdown with secular anti–Christian authorities and DC is the perfect location. I hope Graham stands firm and thousands march with him regardless of consequences. It’s time for the USA to remember what “prohibiting the free exercise” really means.

Save the Christians of Iraq

Posted in uncategorized with tags , , on December 22, 2019 by andelino

Rebel News has teamed up with The Nazarene Fund to raise money for the Christian refugees in Syria and Iraq. That’s one of the world’s most ancient Christian communities, they even still pray in Aramaic, the language Jesus himself spoke.

But Iraq’s Christians are in grave jeopardy — first, from the genocide perpetrated by ISIS terrorists, and now by other Muslim extremists, including those supported by Iran.

Sheila Gunn Reid of “Rebel News” recently travelled to Iraq to meet some of these Christian families first-hand, and to inspect the work done by the registered charity, The Nazarene Fund. You can see her video reports below.

But it’s not enough just to tell their story — “we need to help.”

Please join our Christmas campaign to raise $10,000 to help “rescue and relocate” these Christian families. 100% of the proceeds will support The Nazarene Fund’s projects that Sheila personally observed in action. If we meet our $10,000 goal, we’ll aim higher — there is so much work that has to be done.

And if you support Sheila’s journalism, please click here, to contribute to a separate journalism fund, to cover the costs of her flight to Iraq — which totaled just over $2,000. We are keeping the two funds separate — this one on Indiegogo is solely for the Christian relief, and this one is for our costs, including travel to Iraq.

Thank you and “Merry Christmas” to all.

Beware Chrislam

Following his historic trip to the Arabian Peninsula, Pope Francis has returned to the Vatican and announced to his followers that “Islam and Christianity” are to form a “coalition” working together to promote “common values.”

In other words, one world religion “Chrislam,” but as everyone knows, it would only be a “matter of time” before Islam “devoured” Christianity.

His increasingly shocking “behavior” which appears to favor “Islam over Christianity” has only gotten worse since he was appointed Pope, replacing his predecessor, Pope Benedict, who is “rumored” to have been forced out because of his “anti-Islam” declarations.

Surely, Francis can’t be “ignorant” of the fact that formerly Christian-majority countries that are now Muslim-majority countries achieved that status mainly through “force and genocide”, not proselytism.

Pope Francis announced this “unfeasible” new coalition between Islam and Christianity after his trip to Arabian Peninsula in Feb. 2019. He proclaimed this after meeting with the Great Imam of Al-Azhar and their signing of the “Human Brotherhood” treaty, which aims to spread “authentic values” throughout the world while condemning all forms of “religious violence.”

“The Great Imam of Al-Azhar and I signed the document on the Human Brotherhood, in which together we affirm the common vocation of all men and women to be brothers in. As God’s sons and daughters, we condemn all forms of violence, especially those with religious motivation, and we commit ourselves to spreading authentic values and peace throughout the world” Pope Francis said.

As a matter of fact, Grand Imam Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayeb is “on record” for taking a position that is in “direct opposition” of the document he “co-signed.”

He recently said “Those learned in Islam [al-fuqaha] and the imams of the four schools of jurisprudence consider apostasy a crime and agree that the apostate must either renounce his apostasy or else be killed.”

Additionally, in a 2013 interview on Egyptian TV, he said that Muslims suffer from global Zionism and Judaism and “You shall find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers to be the Jews and the polytheists.”

Statements like that would “disqualify” him from even being considered as a signatory on the “Document on Human Fraternity and World Peace.”

The pontiff urged followers of both faiths to “unite as one”, allowing the different cultures and civilizations to live together without “clashing.” By creating a unity between the two religions, Francis said that “together we affirm the common vocation of all men and women to be brothers, as God’s sons and daughters.”

He also “denounced” the temptation to see a “clash between Christian and Islamic civilizations.” Pope Francis is the first Roman Catholic pontiff to visit the Arabian Peninsula, the “birthplace” of Islam.

Pope Francis “warned” Catholics in Morocco “not to convert” Muslims to Christianity during an address at St. Peter’s Cathedral in Rabat, Morocco before roughly 400 Christian followers.

During the speech, in which the Pope also discussed the “rights” of Muslim migrants and promoted “open” borders, Francis urged Christians to ”unite” with Muslims, before he warned: “Please, no proselytism!”

Trying to convert people to Christianity “always leads to an impasse,” said the head of the 1.3 billion-member church, as reported by Agence France-Presse. In Morocco, there are currently around 30,000 “Catholics” and 10,000 “Protestants” and they make up less than “1% of the population” there, where the majority of citizens follow “Sunni” Islam.

Following his official visit to the Islamic North African state, Pope Francis “blasted” nationalism and likened ”populists” to Hitler as he pushed for “open” borders and blamed the rise of populism in Western countries, “claiming the movement gains followers by stoking fear in the same way as the Nazis did in the 1930s.”

In a joint declaration, Pope Francis and Morocco’s King Mohammed VI signed the “Jerusalem Pact” which they described as a “symbol of peaceful coexistence” for Christians, Jews, and Muslims. I guess he “forgot” that when Muslims were in “control” of Jerusalem, Jews and Christians were not “allowed” in.

Pope Francis further claimed that Muslim “migrants and refugees” today have become the representations of those who are “excluded, oppressed and marginalized” in modern Western society.

Pope Francis, in his annual message for the “World Day of Migrants and Refugees” said: “The most economically advanced societies are witnessing a growing trend towards extreme individualism which, combined with a utilitarian mentality and reinforced by the media, is producing a ‘globalization of indifference.’”

“In this scenario, Muslim migrants, refugees, even the fake ones, displaced persons and victims of trafficking have become emblems of exclusion,” he added.

Francis repeated his opinion that people who “resist” mass migration are fueled by “meanness.”

“The signs of meanness we see around us heighten our fear of ‘the other,’ the unknown, the marginalized, the foreigner. We see this today in particular, faced with the arrival of mostly illegal Muslim migrants and refugees knocking on our door in search of free handouts from the European welfare states.”

He added that the fears “condition our way of thinking and acting to the point of making us intolerant, closed, and perhaps even – without realizing it – racist.”

I am wondering if the pope thinks Islam is a “race”? Along with other European bishops, Francis has long “pushed” welcoming Muslim migrants, a narrative “shared” by the global ideals of “far left-leaning” European leaders.

But Francis’s ideas aren’t shared by all religious leaders. Vatican Cardinal Robert Sarah recently “warned” that he believed the West “will disappear” because of mass Muslim migration, saying that Western countries are being “invaded” by migrants. Sarah warns that “Islam will invade the world and completely change the culture, anthropology, and moral vision.”

The Catholic clergy member’s book is causing debate in Europe because it explicitly distinguishes migration from “predominantly Muslim” nations as a harbinger of the continent’s collapse.“If the West continues in this fatal way, there is a great risk that, due to a lack of birth, it will disappear, invaded by foreigners, just as Rome has been invaded by barbarians. My country is predominantly Muslim. I think I know what reality I’m talking about.”

In the list of the “worst” countries in which to be a Christian, “ONLY ONE” is not a Middle Eastern or African Muslim state.

Why does it feel like Pope Francis “hates” Christianity?

Cathedral Koran Reading

Posted in uncategorized with tags , , , , , , , , on February 10, 2017 by andelino

A chaplain to the Queen “resigned” after publicly “criticizing a church that allowed a cathedral Koran reading during its service as part of an “interfaith” project.

Rev Gavin Ashenden, who until this week was one of the 33 special “chaplains” to the Queen, said the reading was “a fairly serious error” and one which he had a “duty” to speak out about.

“There are things we should not tolerate because they are destructive,” he told BBC Radio 4’s Sunday program. “I don’t accept the rather feeble accusation that intolerance is a bad thing.”

During a “service” at St Mary’s Episcopal in Glasgow earlier this month to mark the “Feast of the Epiphany,” there was a reading of a “passage” from the Koran which said that “Jesus was not the son of God.”

The “cathedral” in Kelvinbridge had “invited” local Muslim worshipers to “contribute” to the service, which was “aimed” at improving relations between “Christians and Muslims” in Glasgow.

But police were “called” after members of the church received “hate-filled messages” from far-right “extremists” after the service.

The Bishop of St Andrews, Dunkeld and Dunblane, the Most Rev David Chillingworth, said that the “Scottish Episcopal Church” would review the work of St Mary’s. He said the church was “deeply distressed at the offense which has been caused.”

Dr Ashenden wrote a “letter” to The Times newspaper earlier this week, where he called on the church to apologize to Christians “suffering dreadful persecution at the hands of Muslims” and added that the “denigration” of Jesus in Christian worship would be called “blasphemy” by some.

He told BBC Radio 4 on Sunday:

“The problem with what happened in Glasgow was that although it was presented as a way of building bridges and a way of educating people it was done badly in the wrong way in the wrong place in the wrong context.”

“It should not happen in the holy Eucharist and particularly a Eucharist whose main intention is to celebrate Christ the word made flesh come into the world.”

“To have a reading from the Koran at that point was a fairly serious error for the Christian worshiping community, but to choose the reading they chose doubled the error. Of all passages you might have read likely to cause offense, that was one of the most problematic.”

He said that he had to make a choice between the “important honor” of continuing in the role of “royal” chaplain, and having the “ability” to speak out on matters he felt “strongly” about.

“I think it’s clear to me that accepting the role of chaplain to the Queen does not give one a platform where one can speak controversially in the public space.”

“So in those circumstances I think one has to choose between whether one wants to accept an important honor or whether one chooses to continue a debate in the public space.”

“I am fairly clear in my own mind that my duty to my conscience, to my order, to my understanding of Christianity and my vocation is that I am supposed to be speaking out in the public space on behalf of the Christ I serve.”

Armenian Genocide

Posted in uncategorized with tags , , , , , , on July 3, 2016 by andelino

Armenian Genocide 01

In response to a German vote recognizing the “massacre” of 1.5 million Armenian Christians as “genocide,” Ankara launched a diplomatic “war” on Berlin.

Turkey has “recalled” its ambassador to Berlin in “anger” at lawmakers in the “Reichstag” for approving a resolution describing the “Armenian massacre” a century ago as “genocide.”

Turkish prime minister Binali Yildirim described the “vote” by the German parliament as a “historic error” and it would add tension to an increasingly “fraught” relationship between capitals Ankara and Berlin.

Armenian Genocide 03

There was almost-unanimous support for the resolution by MP’s from Germany’s Christian Democrats, the Greens and the Social Democrats calling for a “commemoration of the genocide of Armenian and other Christian minorities in the years 1915 and 1916.”

Turkish President Tayyip Erdoğan “warned” that the resolution would seriously “damage” relations between the two countries and would “decide” later what other steps it would take.

The governments of “20 countries” including France, Italy and Russia, have in the past described the mass-killings as a “genocide.”

But neither the “U.S.” nor the “U. N.” will declare it a “genocide.” (See why HERE)

The German parliament has withstood a “barrage of pressure” from the Turkish government, approving a symbolic “resolution” that declares the 1915 massacre of Armenians by “Ottoman” Turkish forces a “genocide.”

German MP’s of Turkish descent who backed the “genocide” resolution have been subjected to a “stinging” social media campaign with “death threats” reported and at least one of them receiving “police” protection.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said these MP’s had “tainted blood” that should be tested in a laboratory, triggering “outrage” from the Bundestag’s Speaker Norbert Lammert.

Armenian Genocide 02

Erdoğan has been rebuked by Germany’s lower house of parliament for his harsh “condemnation” of members of Turkish origin who voted to “declare” the 1915 massacre of Armenians by Ottoman Turkish forces a “genocide.”

“I wouldn’t have thought it possible that in the 21st century, a democratically elected president would link his criticism of democratically elected lawmakers in the German Bundestag to doubts about their Turkish descent and describe their blood as tainted,” he told deputies.

The Christian Suicide Cult

The Christian Suicide Cult 01

The Christian Suicide Cult
By Ronald Cherry

In a sermon delivered from a pulpit, a “clergyman” instructed the congregation that it was “UN-American” to oppose the immigration of “tens of thousands” of Muslims from the Middle East, possibly “millions” if the Obama administration has its way.

The clergyman “acknowledged” that there would be an inherent “danger” to Americans because of increased Muslim immigration, as we intuitively know with the “San Bernardino and Paris massacres” fresh on our minds, and also not forgetting so many other episodes of “mass murder” committed by Muslim “jihadists” against their Christian “neighbors” over the last 15 years – make that over the last 1,400 years.

The still surreal “mass murder” of nearly 3,000 Americans in “New York” at the hands of Muslim “jihadists” on 9/11/2001 seems like yesterday to me, as does the “Boston Marathon” bombing. I have not forgotten.

Incredibly, the clergyman, with a “straight face,” after pointing out the increasingly “obvious danger” from Muslim immigration and the increased “risk of maiming or death” for us and our children, said this was the “price we’d have to pay” for being Christians, while “scolding” the congregation not to “live” in fear.

The Christian Suicide Cult 02

As “justification” for this, the clergyman reminded us of the “martyred” 1st-century Roman Christians, not realizing, I suppose, that they were “helpless and disarmed” subjects of a totalitarian Roman Emperor, not “free men and women” living in a constitutional republic “dedicated” to securing the people’s “life, liberty, and creative pursuit of happiness.”

Next we were told that “gun” violence, which is actually “human” violence, in the United States is a great national “sin,” leaving us to draw the inference that American “gun ownership” is the real problem, not the “Islamic” doctrine of violent “mass-murdering jihad.”

The clergyman “enumerated” multiple episodes of mass-murder in America, including “Sandy Hook” and the recent jihads in “Chattanooga and San Bernardino,” implying that our problem in America is “gun” ownership, not “human” evil.

The Christian Suicide Cult 03

Somehow the clergyman “failed” to tell the congregation that, “despite” these recent highly publicized episodes, American “gun ownership along with concealed carry permits” have surged in recent years, while at the same time “murders and violent crime” have decreased by 25 percent.

Or that in Plano, Texas, where “gun ownership” is very high, the murder rate per capita is “0.04,” which if Plano were a nation would “rank” it 211 in murder out of 218 nations.

Throw out the “gun violence” of the largely “Democrat” big cities such as Detroit, where the “murder” rate per capita is “54.6,” and you have a nearly nonexistent problem.

I resisted the “urge to walk out” during this episode of “leftist” propaganda “disguised” as a sermon, and instead politely “shook” the clergyman’s hand “exiting” the church.

The Christian Suicide Cult 04

The “thought” crossed my mind that some of our “churches” have been perverted into “suicide” cults.

That’s not for me and my family.

Not a Muslim Fan

Did you hear about the “controversy” surrounding a “beauty” pageant?

Not a Muslim Fan 05

No, not Steve Harvey’s “boneheaded” move at the end of the “Miss Universe” festivities, when he couldn’t read his “cue card” and ended up briefly “crowning” Miss Colombia as the winner.

Not a Muslim Fan 06

Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez was incorrectly named as Miss Universe before her crown was taken away.

Fortunately, he quickly “realized” what he had done and made things right, giving the “crown” to Miss Philippines and leaving poor Miss Colombia in “tears” thinking to herself: “I shaved off all my pubic hair for that?”

Not a Muslim Fan 07

Miss Philippines Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach reacts as she was announced as the new Miss Universe.

The other controversy surrounds the “Miss America” pageant. It seems that Miss “Puerto Rico” isn’t terribly “fond” of the Islamic faith.

Not a Muslim Fan 09

20-year old Destiny Vélez took to Twitter to unload on “fatty” Michael Moore for standing “outside” the Trump Tower with a sign that read: “We are all Muslims.”

We are all Muslim 19

No, “we aren’t,” and Miss Puerto Rico took “umbrage” at such a sentiment.

The beauty pageant “contestant” issued a series of “critical” tweets to Michael Moore in response to the liberal loons documentary “We Are All Muslim” campaign last week.

Not a Muslim Fan 03

In response to her “tweet” storm the “Miss Puerto Rico Organization” quickly issued a statement suspending the stunner from “competition” indefinitely.

“In regards to Miss Puerto Rico, Destiny Velez’s, recent actions and conduct; the Miss Puerto Rico Organization feels that her words do not represent the integrity and esteem of our program, nor that of our board members, our sponsors and partners, or the National Organization. Miss Velez’s actions were in contradiction to the organization, and therefore as a consequence of her actions, she has been suspended indefinitely. The Miss Puerto Rico Organization will not tolerate any actions or behavior contrary to the Miss Puerto Rico Organization.”

Vélez issued an “apology” shortly after the group’s “decision,” which was also “included” in the organization’s Facebook post.

“I apologize to the people I have offended with my words. I am first and foremost an #UpStander and as such I stand up against bullying. The last thing I wanted to do was to bully anyone. Again, I apologize to anyone who felt offended with my words.”

Now Destiny has plenty of “time” to work for the Donald Trump “campaign.”

Not a Muslim Fan 01

“Miss America” Puerto Rico Destiny Vélez.

Who knew “fatty” Michael Moore is still “alive” and doing stupid “documentaries”?

But, more “importantly,” Destiny Velez didn’t say “anything” wrong.

There is “absolutely” no comparison between “Muslims and Christians” no matter what “Obama or the Media” says.

Christians never “kill” in the name of God and there are absolutely no terrifying “beheading” agendas in the Bible, nor anything about “gay people, same sex marriage, or abortion.”

In fact, instead of “suspending” Miss Puerto Rico indefinitely I think we owe her a “debt of gratitude.” Did anyone else know about this “gas station planting” that’s going on?

Not a Muslim Fan 08

I have to admit, I like the “tweet” when she tweeted about how Muslims “terrorize innocent Americans and plant gas stations.”

If there’s anything we “don’t want in this country” it’s people motivated by religious “hatred” who shoot and kill “innocent” Americans.

Not a Muslim Fan 03

It’s even “worse” if those people also happen to “plant gas stations.”

The “lame stream” media is too PC to talk about it but luckily for us, Destiny Velez just “blew the lid” off the whole thing.

I Would Make Miss Colombia “Co-Winner”

It’s that time of year again when people “eat, drink and spend money” more than any other “time of the year.”

It’s the time when evils like “exclusion, greed, acquisition, excess, family and unfairness,” all are couched between “Thanksgiving” and observing the birth of “Jesus” which become the order of the “Reason for the Season.”

It has always been the Christians “desire”to counter these “evils” and make everyone feel “guilty” for their so called “blessings” by calling attention to the ongoing plight of “the homeless, the hungry, the poor and the destitute.”

Indeed, when was the “last” time you turned on the local news on “Thanksgiving Day,” without being “bombarded” with images of “starving” masses lined up at a “shelter” for the only meal they’ll “ever” have all year?

Or stories of people “camping” out in tents on the “sidewalks” of businesses in spite of the “cold and lack of sanitary facilities,” all because they have no “job” to go to, no “family” with which to spend “quality” time, but most importantly, no “life” at all?

For years Liberals “blamed” this sad state of affairs “first” on Reagan and then Bush. They “demanded” a government “solution” to this problem these “Christians” caused.

When Obama was “elected,” they finally had the solution they’d been “waiting” for.

Between Obama and a Democratic majority in both House and Senate, they “shoved” Christianity out of the way and set out to “prove” that Government “can and will always do a better job than God!”

Alas, “almost” eight years on, the “poor” are still with us and “life” is worse. It’s getting harder and harder to “convince” people that the long-lasting “consequences” of Reagan/Bush policies are at “fault.”

They’ve even classified “climate change” as the biggest threat to “national and global security.”

After forty-plus years of “warning” Americans that we have “less” than ten years to “save the planet,” we must grudgingly “concede” that we can’t exactly blame people for “reacting” to Christian predictions of “Judgment Day” taking place in 1975, then 1984, then 2000, etc.

Clearly we still need to “work” on our messaging.

In the meantime, “progressive” Liberals decided to put the “burden” back where it belongs, with the “Christians” who always “wanted” it.

It’s time to let them take the “blame” and demand they “solve” these problem, at least until Hillary’s “coronation,” when we’ll have more of the “right” people in charge.

I found a YouTube video by some “guy” no one ever heard of. Someone who would easily be “forgotten” in the ensuing chaos.

Someone who would never get the fifteen minutes of “fame” he hoped to enjoy, because his “obscure” whack jobbery to “scapegoat” an entire Christian movement.

He “ranted” some nonsense about “Christmas” and the color of “Starbucks” cups and voila “The Starbucks Red Cup Kerfuffle” was born.

Thanks to the masses on “social media” already bored with Ben Carson’s “lies” and in desperate need of something “bright and shiny” to distract and ultimately “offend” and fill them with “outrage,” the Red Cup controversy not only went “viral” within hours, but just as “swiftly” developed a consensus of “group-think” guaranteed to “squelch” any threat of “backlash, push back, whiplash, ass whup, or even pussy whup.”

So much “glorious” Christian bashing! Scrolling down Facebook “news” feeds, all I saw was meme after meme after meme “scolding” all of Christianity for having nothing “better to do” with their time than “whine” about a red cup that made no mention of their “Savior.”

Eat, Drink and be Merry 06

Meme after meme after meme “exhorting” Christians to go out and “shelter the homeless, feed the starving, clothe the naked, employ the jobless, adopt the unwanted,” all the things they don’t “want” Government to do because they’ve insisted since time “immemorial” that they can do a “better” job of it.

That “raises” the question then why are the “homeless, starving, naked, jobless, unwanted,” etc. still with us?

Because Christians are too busy “raising” a big unholy stink about the “color” of a coffee cup.

What is it with their “hatred” of color? “I don’t like red cups. I don’t like the black man in the White House. I don’t like the gay rainbow flag.”

Jesus said “the poor will always be with us.” Now his so-called followers “refuse” to do anything to “help” them, yet they “didn’t” want the Government to help them, “either.”

“Therefore, this season, when you see or read the same stories about the hungry lining up to be fed, the homeless queuing up to be sheltered, the people camping outside the stores hoping a great deal on a piece of merchandise within will make their prolonged suffering, deprivation, and subsequent trampling by like-minded victims of capitalism worth the wait, the trouble, and the money they never had to part with since they never worked for it, because they had no job…blame the Christians.”

And when you sit down this season to “partake” of what others “cannot,” because of Christians, you shouldn’t “feel” guilty.

Eat, Drink and be Merry 07

After all, Christians “brought” society to this, and “only” Government is the people’s “true” salvation.
