Agent of Retribution

Posted in uncategorized with tags on March 7, 2023 by andelino

In 2016, “I declared: I am your voice,” Trump said, speaking for just over 100 minutes from a bright blue and red stage in a cavernous ballroom at the closing speech of the CPAC 2023 event in Maryland. “Today, I add: I am your warrior. I am your justice. And for those who have been wronged and betrayed: I am your retribution.”

Watch this clip from Trump’s CPAC speech; it has a Darth Vadery feel to it:

Trump gave his blistering speech at CPAC over the weekend, working hard to evoke some of the magic of his 2016 campaign. But it is nigh impossible to forget Trump’s 2020 failure to beat Joe Biden, impossible to forget the ill-fated “stolen election” nonsense, and it is impossible to forget all the unfulfilled promises of his first term.

Now at CPAC 2023, Donald Trump has vowed revenge and retribution against all his enemies, and to use his presidency to accomplish that purpose.

Well, there’s your Kool-Aid, drink up. Help Donald Trump to use the presidency as his own personal revenge mechanism. No thanks, not this time.

“As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I will reign over you with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm and with out poured wrath.” (Ezekiel 20:33)

End of Days?

The new axis of enemies can see that we’ve already been doing their work for them.

An apocalyptic vibe seems to have settled over the West. Signs and portents abound: The Covid plague and the Russo-Ukrainian War have unleashed two of the Four Horses of Revelations. For those not terminally “woke,” gaudy transsexuals performing for prepubescent school-children, and credentialed medical doctors poisoning and mutilating healthy children and young people bespeak the moral idiocy that typically marks civilizational collapse. A self-created energy crisis threatens to turn off the heat and lights and all the other amenities of modern civilization. And cities rife with murder, daylight plundering of stores with impunity, junkies shooting up near schools, excrement polluting the sidewalks, and the mentally disturbed roaming streets and subways summon up images redolent of rough beasts whose time has come round at last.
