Special Counsel John Durham lost in one way, but America wins in another—if we pay attention.

Last week, a jury acquitted Michael Sussmann. He is the elite Democratic, cybersecurity lawyer who has worked for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, the Democratic National Committee and other elite leftists. He is also the man who sent Federal Bureau of Investigation General Counsel James A. Baker this now-infamous text message:

“Jim – It’s Michael Sussmann. I have something time-sensitive (and sensitive) I need to discuss. Do you have availability for a short meeting tomorrow/ I’m coming on my own—not on behalf of a client or company—want to help the Bureau. Thanks.”
