Soon, criminal behavior won’t be merely doing the wrong thing, but also thinking anything contrary to what the government wants you to think.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.” The First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America is very clear about what the government can’t do. The Biden administration has decided that this amendment simply “won’t” do. And so, last week, Joe Biden directed the formation of the Disinformation Governance Board under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
