Religious Left
Despite liberals frequently referencing God, the Bible, and Jesus, there is no “Religious Left.”
It is an oxymoron because the two “sets of belief systems” are mutually exclusive.
The Bible speaks of such people, Paul wrote, “They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.” Titus 1:16 NIV.
Bible believing “Jesus” followers must not be “confused” merely by a person’s quoting of “Scripture,” remember Satan himself quoted Scripture to Jesus during the “temptation” and frequently twists it in today’s society to “deceive” Christians who do not yet have a “firm foundation in God’s word.”
Today’s leftists stand for the “opposite” of what the Bible teaches on major issues.
Throughout the Bible “theft and stealing” are sins that are prohibited. Yet the left’s position today is for “exorbitant” taxation and for “unconstitutional” purposes, which is “legalized” theft.
The left’s focus on raising taxes to fund all manner of “illegitimate” programs is wrong any way you measure it. Jesus never taught to “steal from those who work to give to the poor.” He taught that “charity” is a private matter which individuals do – not the government.
He taught in words and by example that “giving” is evinced by voluntary “compassionate” acts and not coercive “stealing” from some to give to others.
Biblically speaking, all “provisions” a person requires should be “worked” for or received from those who “choose” to give to them willingly. Jesus taught us to “help” those in need; his teachings were instructions to “individuals.” Those in need were not to be “politically exploited” but voluntarily helped by Bible believing “Jesus” followers, not the government.
In Ephesians 4:28 NIV, we are told, “Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need.”
For the liberals of today, man is the measure on all matters – not God. Jesus said, “You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you: These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules.” Matthew 15:7-9 NIV.
Leftists’ positions on “abortion, self-defense, firearms, immigration, the pursuit of anti-family and anti-religious policies, and support of special rights for those engaging in sin” are all examples of putting the “mind” of man above the “word” of God.
The Bible does not teach situational “ethics” where people try to figure out what is right “without” God, it teaches God’s ethics. An authentic Bible believing “Jesus” follower evinces the “values” taught in the Bible in all areas of life, including politics.
Sadly, many “churches and religious groups” have insidiously been infiltrated by “Marxist” ideology, craftily “selecting” parts of the Bible they like to buttress a “radical” agenda while “ignoring” the bulk of Scripture and “spirit” of God’s law. They’ve intertwined “secularism” into their supposed Christian belief “distorting” it into an abominable evil.
The “political and religious” left is far away from the Bible teachings of “Jesus.” Their reference to religious “faith” is as empty as their “destructive” political policies.
To those who consider themselves members of the “Religious Left” I leave you with a question posed by Jesus Christ, “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?” Luke 6:46 NIV.
One such hypocrite is “gay” Pete Buttigieg who plays the “Religious Left” card frequently to “pander” to voters, but like a good Democrat he “cherry-picks” what he believes in depending on when it’s “convenient” for him.
Pete Buttigieg attacked President Trump’s Christian supporters during his CNN town hall because he can’t seem to understand how Bible believing “Jesus” followers support President Trump.
“Well, I’m not going to tell other Christians how to be Christians. But I will say, I cannot find any compatibility between the way this president conducts himself and anything that I find in scripture. Now I guess that’s my interpretation but I think that’s a lot of people’s interpretation and that interpretation deserves a voice,” homosexual Pete stated.
One of the most “irritating” pandering about Buttigieg is his ability to play the “Religious Left” card, yet Romans 1:24-27 NIV talks explicitly about “homosexuality”:
Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.”
Buttigieg also plays the “Religious Left” card supporting “abortion and infanticide” even though babies are continually mentioned as a “reward” in the Bible, as evidenced is Psalm 127:3-5 NIV :
“Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court.”
Buttigieg has told a “pro-life” democrat the there is “no room in his party” for people who believe “all human life is precious.” He took his pro-abortion “extremism” a step further by completely supporting “infanticide.”
According to him, it is a woman’s decision if she wants to “kill a baby after it has been born” and the government has no right to stop her.
He’s literally running for president on a platform that “murdering babies after birth” is neat and okay, while as a “homosexual” himself, he never will experience the “joy of giving birth” to anything.
Buttigieg was on “The View” and co-host Meghan McCain wanted some clarification on his “abortion” position. She brought up a democrat in Iowa who asked if there was any room in the democratic party for “pro-lifers” like her.
Buttigieg told the woman she didn’t belong in the new “radical” democratic party. From there, McCain asked about Buttigieg’s extremist baby-killing position.
“This is your quote: There a lot of parts of the Bible that talk about how life begins with breath so even that is something we can interpret differently. It obviously, in my circles, was passed around everywhere because I think the interpretation from pro-life people like me was that you meant a baby actually being born,” McCain quoted.
McCain then brought up Virginia Governor Ralph Northam who went on the record of 100% supporting killing babies after they had been born. The question posed of Buttigieg was, do you “support” infanticide? Here was his answer:
“We live in a country in which it is extremely important that no one person have to be subject to another person’s interpretation of their own religion. So that’s a definite yes on the infanticide thing,” said Buttigieg.
McCain gave Buttigieg a chance to change his “horrible” answer. She again brought up Ralph Northam’s love of “infanticide” and asked Buttigieg, “I want to know where your line is.”
“My point is, it shouldn’t be up to a government official to draw the line. It should be up to the woman who is confronted with the choice,” replied Buttigieg.
McCain gave Buttigieg one more “chance” to not be a complete monster. “To invoke infanticide after a baby was born, you’d be comfortable with that?” McCain asked.
“I just know that I trust her and her decision medically or morally isn’t going to be any better because the government is commanding her to do it in a certain way,” replied Buttigieg.
Wow. Buttigieg was asked three times if he’s okay with “killing a baby after it has been born” and 3 times he confirmed he’s a “big fan of infanticide.” Maybe the first time he didn’t understand the question, but by 2 and 3 he knew damn well what he was giving the “thumbs” up to.
He absolutely, without question, believes it’s perfectly fine to “murder a baby that has been born and taken its first breath outside the womb.”
My question is: “how long after a baby is born does Pete Buttigieg think it’s cool to murder a baby?”
Though he looks like he’s 12-years-old, Buttigieg is actually 38. If his mother suddenly decided “today” she was ashamed of her “gay ghoulish” son, would Pete support her decision to “murder” him subsequently?
Does he think the government has “no business” telling his mother she can’t hit him in the “back of the head” with some double ought buckshot?
The scary thing here is, Buttigieg is considered kind of a moderate in the democratic party. His extremist views on “baby killing and infanticide” is now on the mild side of democratic party “extremism.”
Buttigieg further plays the “Religious Left” card supporting “illegal” immigrants even though the Bible says those in “authority” positions are appointed by God as described in Romans 13:1-7 NIV:
“Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience. This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing. Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.”
Buttigieg says government health care for illegal immigrants is “one of the pillars” of his plan.
It’s easy to see that Buttigieg is “obsessed” with religion because he worries that his chosen “homosexual” lifestyle is incompatible with the Bible as written.
To this end, he rewrites the Bible to comport with social “Marxism” and then works to gain “salvation” by selling the American people on his “Religious Left” evangelism.
The “Religious Left” is far away from the teachings of authentic Bible believing “Jesus” followers. Their reference to “religious faith” is as empty as their sorrowful, destructive “political” policies.
