American New Smasher Class

Not to be “outdone” by United Airlines’ new “Club Class”, American Airlines has “jumped” into the fray with its new “Smasher Class.”

American Airlines flight attendant “whacks a mother with a stroller while she holds one of her twin baby reducing her to tears.”

The “upsetting” footage, filmed before Flight 591 departed from San Francisco shows a “male” airline flight attendant “goading” a concerned passenger to a fight yelling “hit me!”

The clip was “uploaded” on Face Book by passenger Surain Adyanthaya, who “explained” he started filming after the flight attendant “violently yanked a stroller from a lady holding her twin on my flight, hitting her and just missing the baby.”

In the video, the “distraught” woman is seen standing at the front of the plane “sobbing” asking staff members to get her “stroller” back.

The mom asked for an “apology” but the AA official “declined.”

At this point, other passengers are heard expressing their “disgust” at the situation. One says he’s “not going to sit here and watch this…” and then gets up and walks to the front of the plane to “confront” the flight attendant.

Tony Fierro asks for the “name” of the employee who allegedly “hit” the crying woman. Another passenger, a woman, also “confronts” an American Airlines employee about the situation.

The situation “escalates” further when a man in an American Airlines uniform “boards” the plane.

Fierro who got up out of his seat to “intervene” confronts the uniformed employee.

“You do that to me and I’ll knock you flat,” Tony says. The staff member responds by “pointing” his finger at him telling him to “stay out of it.”

Fierro then steps “closer” to the employee, who “challenges” him to a fight. “Try it,” the employee tells the customer. “Hit me. You don’t know what the story is.”

“You almost hurt a baby!” Fierro is heard replying.

Adyanthaya went on to explain: “They just involuntarily escorted the mother and her kids off the flight.”

American Airlines “released” a statement saying that it was “’disappointed by these actions” and had already started to “investigate” the incident.

“’What we see on this video does not reflect our values or how we care for our customers. We are deeply sorry for the pain we have caused this passenger and her family and to any other customers affected by the incident. We are making sure all of her family’s needs are being met while she is in our care. After electing to take another flight, we are taking special care of her and her family and upgrading them to first class for the remainder of their international trip. The actions of our team member captured here do not appear to reflect patience or empathy, two values necessary for customer care. In short, we are disappointed by these actions. The American team member has been removed from duty while we immediately investigate this incident.”

At last, now “passengers” will not have to be “disturbed” by uppity women with “unruly” noisy babies.

American Airlines will “clobber” them with strollers, “smack” their pacifiers out of their “snotty” little faces and “toss” them unceremoniously off the aircraft.

“We’re American Airlines – doing what we do best better than the friendly skies of United!”

Next time maybe AA should use a “skateboard” and “pepper spray”  instead a stroller.

More “bang for the buck.”
